This is Toby he was lost on November 6 while walking off leash with his owners. He caught scent of a deer and he was off on adventure for 4 nights and 5 days. I was able to help with a simple phone call. His owners placed him on Craig's list under lost and found section. Some people have no idea about Craig's list and placed in the newspaper as found. With a little cross referencing I was able to reunite them. His family was thrilled.
Meet Rambo he was lost on November 11 and with a little cross referencing I found his owner at 4pm this evening. Poor Little guy he is so little, he was less than 5lbs but he safe and back home.
Meet Beloved Carly she is a four year old Dachshund. She is a very loved family member of Jane and Jeff from Bedford NH. Carly lives with 2 other Dachshund friends and Loves life. Jeff and Jane took all three dogs to Legacy Park Cross Country Ski Trails in Bedford NH on November 6th for an off leash adventure. Carly has been to Legacy Park numerous times for weekend Adventures, while this time she was spooked by a very large Siberian Husky. The Husky was super friendly but Carly was terrified and bolted into the woods. Her family searched frantically, with no luck. My friend Anne and I got a phone call from The meet up group Human Soles and Doggie Paws that their was a family that needed our help.I have been extremely busy in the last week searching for a job and not feeling well, so I was a little hesitate on going on this mission. Lost dog searches are very time consuming, but after talking with Jeff I had to help, he didn't know what to do next! You could hear it in his voice he needed our help, and so did Carly. There was sightings of her in the area but she would bolt from everyone and everything. Carly was in Survival Mode. Anne an I meet with Jeff on Thursday Evening, to go over everything. I have been to legacy park on Numerous occasions with my own dogs, it is a great place, but all the trails go in loops. I needed to figure out where to put the trap and the camera. I froze for 3 hours looking for her, as she was probably staring at me, saying I am right her looking back at you, but ha ha you can't see me.
Trap was tied open on Thursday night and she went in an took all the food. Throughout the late afternoon on Friday Carly was spotted by people but would disappear into thin air. There is so much traffic in the area on the weekend. , that we needed to get her asap for her own safety. On Friday night the trap was set and by 4am she was in the trap, wagging her tail non-stop when she saw her owner. Jeff didn't call his wife, instead he surprised Jane with Sweet Carly as she laid in bed sleeping.
I am so Happy that I was able to help Carly get home to her family!
Now it is Cammy's turn, Cammy has been missing in upstate New York since July 2009 and we are 98% sure that she has been sighted in the last few days. A group of people are working on trapping her at this point. Cammy is a true survivor, she has been out there for 16 months. Please Keep your fingers crossed for her.

You've posted about your work in helping to find lost pets and I continue to admire you for the joy that you bring to families as they are reunited with their 4 legged family member! I hope that if one of my pups ever gets lost, there is someone like you to help me find them!!
Not everyone would devote their time and energy to lost dog searches especially when the rescuer is someone who is feeling poorly and is stressed about the job hunt. Good for you for helping all of these families reunite with their pups!
You ROCK!
